Description |
Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc., (MEPPI) is a premier supplier of advanced electrical and electronic technologies, products, and services for America's critical energy infrastructure needs.
As the Sales Engineer for MEPPI you be the primary interface between the customer and the Medium Voltage Department (MVD) and coordinate efforts with the Gas Circuit Breaker Division regarding assigned partner customers.
This position will:
Review customer specifications and technical drawings to develop and prepare the Company's technical and commercial proposal for products/services, including product cost estimates, margins and market price.
Work with customers to accept standardization on circuit breaker designs.
Manage new product, replacement parts and product service sales.
Interface with and support the Sales Representatives to develop new and maintain existing business opportunities by creating business relationships.
Conduct and/or support customer proposal negotiations.
Confirm that customer orders are consistent with the Company proposal. Enter orders, initiate order processing, and identify all contract requirements and commitments in a timely manner. Prepare and maintain the sales order and assigned partnership files.

Requirements |
If you have a BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering field, a minimum of 5 years related sales experience of highly engineered and customized products, proven experience in interpreting customer specifications and negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively review and negotiate terms and conditions with customers, this may be the opportunity for you!
