Description

Support development of advanced radar signal and data processing algorithms for Ballistic Missile Defense via conceptual design, prototype implementation, and analysis of algorithm and system performance.

Duties: Analyze the performance of BMD radar algorithms and systems to support signal and data processing algorithm development and evaluation. Interface with laboratory staff and US Navy and/or MDA program offices and contractors as needed to facilitate collaboration and share results and recommendations.


Requirements

Required: BS in Electrical Engineering or Physics or equivalent technical field with experience in engineering, analysis, modeling and simulation, or equivalent. Good interpersonal and communication skills (writing and speaking).

Desired: MS in EE or Physics. Three or more years experience with Navy, Army , or Joint radar or BMD systems.
